Refund & Return Policy

At ShenShe, customer satisfaction is our priority. To maintain transparency and set clear expectations, please review our Refund and Exchange Policy below.

General Policy

No Refunds: We uphold a ‘No Refund’ policy, except in cases where the product is defective, as determined and approved by the company.

Defective Products: Claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Approved claims will be processed within 7 working days, and you may choose an alternative product of equal value from our website.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchanges or claims.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange: Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Condition of Items: Only items in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unaltered—are eligible for exchange. Tags and labels must remain intact.

Seasonal Stock: Exchanges for seasonal items will be limited to stock within the same season (e.g., Summer stock can only be exchanged for Summer items).

Sale Items: Items purchased at full price but later discounted will only be exchanged at the marked-down price during the sale period.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Color Variations: Slight variations in product color due to screen resolution, brightness, or contrast settings will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Final Price: In case of price discrepancies, the system price will be considered final.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Items that fail to meet the stated conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Limited Stock: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, an alternative product of equal value may be selected.

Packaging Requirements: Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. ShenShe is not responsible for items damaged during the return process due to improper packaging.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

Submit a Request: Email us at customersupport@shenshe.pk or contact our helpline at 333-306-3935 within the eligible timeframe.

Approval: Wait for confirmation and approval from our team before sending the product back.

Return Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the confirmation email. Note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and inspected, exchanges or approved claims will be processed within 7 working days.
